Account Deletion Notice
Before deleting your MySirigu account, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
1. Once a user’s MySirigu account is deleted, the user’s account is temporarily unavailable for 30 days. During this period, a user can restore the account by reaching out to MySirigu’s customer support at hello@mysirigu.com.
2. After 30 days, the user’s MySirigu account will be permanently deleted, the user cannot retrieve the account.
3. Upon deletion of the MySirigu account:
a. The user’s personal information is permanently erased from MySirigu’s database.
b. Access to the MySirigu app is revoked, you will be required to sign up to gain access to the app
c. Termination of all rights and obligations under the terms and conditions
d. Any bank cards linked to the MySirigu account will be unlinked, and
e. The user will no longer be eligible for referral rewards.
4. Deletion of the MySirigu account is conditional upon adherence to the rules outlined in the “Terms and Conditions Agreement.” Compliance entails ensuring that account information is accurate and current, with the absence of any restrictions on the account.
5. To ensure the protection of both the account holder and other users, MySirigu shall undertake a comprehensive risk review upon submission of a request for the deletion of the MySirigu account. It is imperative that said account be devoid of any outstanding payments.
6. Users cannot delete the MySirigu account if funds are available in the wallet.
7. In the event of available funds in the wallet balance, it is requested that the account holder withdraw the corresponding funds before initiating the deletion process.
8. Users cannot delete the MySirigu account if they have outstanding loan payments.
9. It is essential to acknowledge that notwithstanding the user’s application for account deletion, MySirigu must undertake due diligence checks on the account. Throughout this due diligence process, MySirigu retains the prerogative to impose restrictions on the MySirigu account, inclusive of any or all funds contained therein. Any identification of fraudulent activity during this process may prompt MySirigu to report such findings to the authorities.
